ROOF REPLACEMENT PROGRAM
Rebuilding Together Atlanta is NOT ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS for the Roof Replacement Program within the City of Atlanta due to lack of funding for FY 2006.
Funding priorities for HUD funding are made locally by the Department of Grants and Community Development. The Department is the lead entity in preparing and implementing the City’s federal entitlement programs and competitively awarded grant programs.

To qualify, applicants must:
- Meet federal guidelines for low-income individuals and household sizes,
- Be over the age of 62,
- Live within the City of Atlanta,
- Own and reside in the home,and
- Have up-to-date homeowners insurance.

To qualify, homeowners must meet the federal income levels according to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the current calendar year. Homeowners will be asked to complete an application, including proof of income, homeowners insurance, and proof of homeownership. To qualify for our programs, your income must fall within the chart below.
