We are currently accepting new applicants for the Owner Occupied Roof Replacement Program.
To qualify, applicants must:
- Meet Federal Guidelines for Low Income
- Be over the age of 62
- Live within the City of Atlanta.
- Own and be residing in the home.
- Have up to date homeowners insurance.

Once you complete the Application form, a staff member will contact homeowners that qualify to complete intake paperwork.

Staff will contact you when we are able to work with you. There is a huge need for our services and our waitlist has grown exponentially. It is our hope to work through the clients on our waitlist, in order of critical need, before accepting new homeowner applications.
